It has been an entire week and my order still has not shipped. A shipping label was created but it appears it is yet to be picked up. This is disappointing.

I thought the product was very reasonably priced compared to other distributors. I have not had a chance to use it but the company stands by their claim the replacement bags for the Sleep 8 are not "knockoffs". They are genuine products which was critical to me along with the price. Based on my experience with getting the product I wanted I would recommend Rapid CPAP.
